When resources are available, we help provide necessities such as food, hygiene products, clothing, and other essential items to individuals and households experiencing hardship.
COMMUNITY REFERRALS
We work to connect people with organizations, programs, and service providers that offer specialized assistance, helping them take the next step toward getting the support they need.
